Kobus Fourie
Mr Jacobus Fourie holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of Pretoria (Registered Industrial Psychologist with the HPCSA), a Master’s Degree in Therapeutic Counselling (University of the Free State), BPsych Counselling (UNISA – Registered Counsellor with the HPCSA), BPsych Psychometry (University of Johannesburg – Registered Psychometrist with the HPCSA), and an Honours BA Psychology (UNISA). He is currently registered for a PhD in Industrial Psychology at UNISA.
As an Industrial Psychologist he has been involved in, amongst others, the following projects: Mentoring Facilitation with senior management (XSTRATA – Mining); Psychometric Assessments and Development of 68 Supervisors (Nissan SA); Psychometric Assessments, Recruitment, Managerial Development at Samancor, Checkers/Shoprite, and PFG Glass; Student Development and Support (TUT); Workplace observation and reporting on suggested personnel development (Nissan SA – Plater Division); Team and Individual Development using NBI and emotional intelligence guidance (Logistics – TUT). He is a supervisor of Intern Industrial Psychologists and Psychometrists. He also has more than 25 years experience as a counsellor in a variety of settings.
Thulile Ngonyama-Ndou
Dr. Thuli Ngonyama-Ndou holds a PhD in Industrial Psychology obtained from the UKZN, a Master’s degree in HRM from UKZN, Applied Programme in OD (NQF 7) from UNISA, BTech Labour Relations Management (LRM) from UNISA, B Admin Hons in Industrial Psychology from UNIZULU, B Admin HRM from UNIZULU and a Diploma in Public Administration from UNIZULU.
She recently obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Teacher Education (NQF 8) from Haaga Helia University of Applied Sciences (Finland) and a Master’s in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from NMU. She is currently embarking on her journey of becoming an Industrial Psychologist. She is a registered Intern Psychologist with HPCSA and an HR Auditor & Chartered HR Professional registered with SABPP. She is the Chairperson of the SABPP Provincial Committee in Witbank, Mpumalanga.
She has worked as an HR professional at various universities in South Africa such as; the UNISA, Mangosuthu University of Technology and the University of Zululand. She has occupied positions such as HR Manager, HR Advisor, Recruitment & Selection Head, Senior HR Officer and HR Officer. She is currently an academic at one of the institutions of higher education in South Africa lecturing and supervising master’s and doctoral candidates in the field of human resources/people management and organisational behaviour and strategic management.
